Based on the quickly developing South Loop and increasing density forecasted for the area, public spaces are becoming much more of an amenity to the community. NSPB is hosting a series of public input sessions to gather ideas from the neighborhood regarding opportunities for improvements for the southwest corner of Grant Park at the intersection of Michigan Avenue and Roosevelt Road.

Currently housing Magdalena Abakanowicz’s Agora Sculpture, this forgotten area serves as a catch all space for numerous public events. Unlike the north end of Grant Part, which holds Millenium Park as an anchor, this south corner is  unfinished and holds enormous opportunity.
